Support HEIF images in PR descriptions

HEIF appears to be the default image format when using the macOS screen capture feature with Capture Format: HDR enabled.

Currently, HEIF images cannot be embedded or previewed directly in GitHub PR descriptions, which makes it harder to share HDR screenshots during code review.

Anecdotally, I’ve seen file size reductions of over 50% compared with other screenshot formats, so supporting HEIF previews could improve both reviewer experience and upload efficiency.

Requested enhancement: allow .heif / .heic images to be embedded and previewed in PR descriptions, similar to PNG, JPEG, and GIF.
