Merge branch 'lots-of-updates'

* Fix many duplicate class problems between artifacts.
* Make it easier to extend the list of duplicate class ignore rules.
* Clearly document why all ignore rules are accomplishing.
* Update problematic components to newer versions with fixed dep trees.
* Update a few other components to their latest versions.
* Stop managing components that are obsolete or problematic.
* Manage artifacts from the bonej project.
* Manage more kotlin artifacts.
