As a maintainer
I want more people to use webpack-cli
so that we get more valuable feedback, bugs , feature-requests (and also contributors) for webpack-cli

This milestone + the one about documentation both fullfill similiar purpose but on different domains. This "epic" is more about our ongoing strategy of blogposts, conference talks, meetups, blog series, a video maybe.
