Fix inconsistency of random cone quantities after leading jet removal.
When the random cone overlaps with the leading jet, a new random cone is generated. The corresponding
rholocalRC,rcPhiPsi2, andabsRcPhiPsi2values are now recalculated before filling the leading-jet-excluded histograms.
