This is a prepared Binaryen update for changes and additions in WebAssembly/binaryen#2586. Besides renaming a few functions, the Binaryen PR adds two-directional bindings for all expression properties so we can modify Binaryen IR on our end, for example to replace local accesses with loads and stores as part of closures.
