Sql: Fabricate a Foreign Key Definition if there is none between the entities involved in relationships in the runtime config

All the relationships in the runtime config may not have corresponding Foreign key relationships between the source entities.
This issue is to detect this and artificially add a foreign key definition to the TableDefinition so that the runtime generates the correct queries.
