- add shd tag to TcPr to color table cells
- fix text setters of CT_DR and CT_IR
- w:del and w:ins are not runs, they do not have rPr so I needed to fix the clear_content() methods to get text setters to work
Del and Ins are not runs, they are containers for runs. They don't have rPr, so clear_content() as implemented failed, and changes were required to set the text
