LLVM does not emit these routines currently.

__*testroutines are similar to the ez80tstinstruction.I know that
call __iand \ add hl, bc \ or a, a \ sbc hl, bc \ jp z, .foois commonly emitted, socall __itestmay be faster and smaller for that purpose
