Support static props on global native objects

Can't use String.fromCharCode in my script.
Would be helpful if the המחרוזת global object would have a method like מקוד_תו or any other appropriate name,
and the same for Numebr.isInteger (מספר.האם_שלם), Number.isNaN (מספר.האם_לאמספר), etc.
