Second round after #2055 — minor/patch-scoped pnpm overrides for the remaining fixable dependabot alerts (braces, glob@10/11, minimatch@10, postcss, tar@7, rollup@4, svgo@3, launch-editor, flatted, diff@8, defu@6, @babel/core@7, form-data@4, @eslint/plugin-kit). Deliberately left out: old esbuild 0.20–0.24 chains, tar@6 and @conventional-changelog/git-client@1 — those need major bumps of their parents and get dismissed as dev-tooling-only instead. Builds, lint and full test suites green.
