Table Chart - Freeze Header/Footer option not working?

Not sure if I'm missing anything, but I've tried creating a Table chart, changed its height to 100, and tried to enable/disable the Header.
No matter of that option, the header looks to always stay on top.

Regarding the height, it worked fine for me. But after modifying it, you need to wait a few seconds before the effects take place.

For the freeze header option, it also made no difference to me whether it was on or off.
