Prevents infinite bot-to-bot Slack reply loops by returning early from
onMessagefor bot and app actors. Adds regression coverage for both normalized actor kinds and corrects stale coverage for unsubscribed messages. Tested withpnpm test(162 passing) andpnpm check-types.
