feat: faith-vs-works debate topic + James 2:24 difficult passage

Summary

Fills a discovery-layer gap: the app had strong James 2:14-26 section content (Moo, MacArthur, cross-refs) but no dedicated entry in either debate topics or difficult passages for the Paul-vs-James justification question.

Adds:

• Debate topic justification-faith-alone-or-faith-and-works (james/2) — 3 positions: Reformed evidence-of-faith (Calvin, Schreiner), semantic harmonization (Moo, McCartney), Augustinian/Catholic cooperative (Augustine). Synthesis + related passages + tags.
• Difficult passage james-2-24-not-by-faith-alone (category: contradiction, severity: major) — 3 responses mirroring the traditions, consensus note incl. 1999 Joint Declaration, further reading (Moo, Schreiner, McCartney, Beilby/Eddy).

Verification: schema_validator 0 failures; build_sqlite + validate_sqlite pass; both rows confirmed in scripture.db (debate_topics 318, difficult_passages 60). All scholar_ids exist in registry; attributions reflect published positions.

Rollback: revert commit; both entries are additive appends with no schema changes.

Bumps transitive brace-expansion (via minimatch inside Expo CLI/config tooling) from 5.0.x to 5.0.7, resolving CVE-2026-13149 (high — DoS via exponential-time expansion). Lockfile-only change (npm update brace-expansion --package-lock-only); no direct dependency, no version-range edits in package.json. The 1.x and 2.x instances present are outside the vulnerable range (>=3.0.0 <5.0.7). Rollback: revert this commit independently of the content commit.
