Confirm OnTime does not require extra moderation/reporting features before release.

• Confirm whether users can create content visible to other users.
• If no UGC exists, document "no UGC" in release notes/checklist.
• If shared content exists, create separate issues for report/block/moderation before release.
• Confirm app is not gambling, regulated finance, or another restricted category.
