Makes the public repository an accurate, inviting explanation of Developer Atlas for developers, testers, collaborators, and interested observers. Adds a vision-led README, product-family status, current evidence and limitations, six reviewed screenshots, roadmap, contribution and security guidance, provenance disclosure, issue forms, and an automated public-boundary validator. Verified locally and byte-for-byte against the private 26-file allowlisted export. The project is presented as an active product, not an acquisition listing.
