https://www.vbseo.com/ and https://vbseo.com/ have an invalid certificate, expired 2015, and also have a missing target 'cdn.vbseo.com' as noted on https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere/issues/12297

It looks non-functional - all pages I visited when to a forum page containing "You must return when the moon has friends and the fox is borrowed."

I guess we should delete the record.
