leads: duplicate records for same email with no merge or delete command

Command: iris leads search "andrew@gooddeals.work"

Bug: Searching by email returns 4 duplicate records for the same contact (andrew@gooddeals.work). There is no iris leads merge or iris leads delete command available to clean up duplicates.

Duplicates found:

• andrew — Converted
• andrew — Converted
• Andrew Escher — Good Deals — Prospected
• Andrew Escher — Good Deals / CLS Studios — In Negotiation

Expected: A merge and/or delete command should exist. Ideally the system should warn on duplicate email at creation time.
