A much needed update of STARK with the following major changes:

• Updated version of SymX
• Progressively Projected Newton's Method (PPN)
• New docs pages
• Revamped internals, more options and customizability

The physical models themselves have not changed much. But the new options make it nicer to use. The new PPN solver should make dynamic simulations noticeably faster too.
