Using make is fine - and ok for me, because I am on *nix, but is usualy a barrier for windows users. So I switched the build process to npm scripts. This draws in a dev-dependency to concat, but its a small module. On the other hand it should elimitate plattform specific dependendies and keep everything in nodejs-land.
