Support Python 3.13

Description

A RC for Python 3.13 is available in conda-forge. We can readily test it.

• Maybe after Use conda forge to build package #223 is merged?

Python 3.13 was released on October 7, 2024: https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.13.html.

Hence, we could already support it.
