Revert weekly docs refresh (#808) that introduced duplicate documentation

Reverts the weekly refresh merge 41a2567 ("Weekly PowerShell Microsoft Graph Reference Docs Refresh (#808)"), which was generated before the duplicate-documentation issue was caught.

That generation run produced duplicated content:

• Repeated **Permissions** blocks
• Duplicate beta/v1.0 release > [!NOTE] callouts
• Accumulating trailing blank lines

Merging this PR restores main to 282793e ("Install SDK modules from the CFS central package feed (#809)"), the last commit before the affected generation run. The resulting tree is byte-identical to 282793e (verified with git diff --quiet HEAD 282793e).

The underlying pipeline bugs are fixed separately in #816; the next weekly run (with those fixes) will regenerate clean docs.
