Description
Refresh the CUDA 13.4 generated bindings with cybind's kernel-parameter compatibility fix. The generator now casts through
ckernelParams, matching the typed helper field introduced in #2904 while remaining compatible with older helper implementations. This restores a buildable regeneration path.The PR contains generated legacy and native bindings, plus regenerated NVRTC reference text. The final commit normalizes generated file endings and seals after pre-commit identified an extra blank line.
