Description

Refs #2748.

Pin Numba to <0.67 in the nightly-numba-cuda installation. numba-cuda 0.30.4 supports Numba through 0.66, while Numba 0.68 changed cache source stamps incompatibly and caused the nightly failures tracked in #2748.

This constraint belongs in cuda-python's nightly CI because the job tests cuda-python ToT against released downstream packages; a future numba-cuda metadata fix does not change the already-published 0.30.4 dependency metadata.

Checklist

  • Existing nightly CI covers this change.
  • The documentation is up to date; no documentation changes are needed.

Validation

  • bash -n ci/tools/run-tests
  • pre-commit run --files ci/tools/run-tests
