Start button and Right-click menu are inaccessible via touch screen

Describe the bug
On Windows 11, the start button does not work using a touch screen, and in order to access the menu you have to enable a custom button image to be able to click it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attempt to open OSM via touch screen
2. Win11 menu opens

BTW, I have several touch devices if there's any files I could send over to help debug.

I will need to get touch enabled device so that I can debug and play with it.
Until then I cannot do much about it, I guess :(

This works the same way when using Microsoft Remote Desktop on Android, if that helps. Just make sure it's set to use touch input and not virtual mouse.
