fakes3 has a licensing requirement at v2.x
Our project goal has been to be as close to JavaScript as possible.
Unfortunately this is "soft" blocking until a better solution is found. @sizzlemctwizzle is in charge of this however if I tinker around with a dep when I have time it'll become un "soft" blocked.
