@kasini3000 you should consider removing the steps that go on to mess with SSH config. Here is a cleaned up version that uses an official Debian 12 mirror:

@Lexorius's output says it all. Debian 13 only has libicu76 in its repositories, which is not a version that PowerShell 7.5.3 supports natively (or at least it doesn't claim to). Hope this helps, Microsoft. I probably should have waited before upgrading Debian, but I didn't, so here i am.

Debian 12 was released - June 10, 2023
Debian 12 packages became available in MS Feed - Jan 8, 2025
Debian 13 was released - Aug 9th, 2025

Last time it took 1 year and a half, so maybe some time around start of 2027? No guarantee though.
