Inconsistent package download counters

Hi, I have discovered a bug in the download statistics:

The module page shows me that the latest version of my module was downloaded 6228 times:

But when I click the View full stats link, the download count appears to be 10331:

That does not seem to be right.

The download counter has stopped working entirely in the meantime, see Issue #124 .
