docs(reference): document the corrective-red active.md block - #78

Add the optional `- corrective-red:` block to the active.md schema, set when a task ships under PyAutoBrain's human-authorized corrective-PR exception for Heart RED: it names the exact RED reason the PR repairs and points at the human's live authorization comment.
