Sorry, I got confused. I don't know why we have these brackets in general but we have a lot of them.

I noticed that when the brackets are present the message in the GitHub release doesn't get parsed out properly.

Update: It looks like I didn't add brackets for 3.15.0, and that was the culprit, so I updated this PR to add brackets to that release.
