Basic structure for this website

Following up from a discussion on the Discord channel with @emmatyping, what are some requested improvements for the documentation? I assume that the introductory page would have a short blurb about the project, a "Project" page with more information about the project and its goals, a "Contributing Guidelines" page (to include build instructions), some basic information about project maintainers, and then whatever else might be useful.

I'm happy to start trying to contribute, but figured it would be better to solicit feedback before launching pull requests.

I think that layout makes a lot of sense! We do already have a building page: https://rust-for-cpython.com/building.html, so maybe a section about contributing with pages covering building, general contribution flow (pointing to the devguide perhaps), etc.
