name convention for models.py is inconsistent

Hi,

In https://github.com/SAP/cloud-sdk-python/blob/main/docs/GUIDELINES.md, I can see it suggest to use underscore prefix for _models.py, but in https://github.com/SAP/cloud-sdk-python/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md, it doesn't have underscore prefix, could you please help have a check?

Hi, @laniakea2006 Thank you for your feedback. Fixed to _models.py in both cases.
