Additionally, it would be interesting to evaluate whether including part of the previous section as an introduction would be a good idea: Introduction.

The fifth reason on the list could benefit from some paraphrasing.

Define a consistent set of practices from all the different schools of thought
Different educational materials and training tutorials offer diverse sets of good management practices. Researchers, coming from varied backgrounds, may adopt practices they deem best. Therefore, providing clear guidelines on expectations and methodologies ensures consistency in management practices throughout the project.

I also believe there's an 11th reason: to demonstrate to future funders the importance of investing in good software management. By showing how the software will be maintained and managed throughout the project lifecycle, we can highlight long-term sustainability and encourage funding agencies to invest in similar projects of your group in the future.
