If Segmentation frames get backlogged due to model performance issues, the app functionality freezes

Need to figure out if it is possible to reduce the priority of the segmentation task so that the UI is not blocked.
Note: It may not be possible because the segmentation task does affect the UI.

This should not be a problem if the processing is passed to a background task.
It will be the responsibility of the caller function to:
a. Run the segmentation in a background thread
b. Make sure that the UI is not blocked if the segmentation takes too long, perhaps by dropping intermediate frames.

On testing with new ARCameraManager implementation, this does not seem to be a problem anymore
