Non-Alphabetical sorting for models dropdown

Issue

As seen in the screenshot above, models like FLUX, StableDiffusion, Z-Image, Qwen, and Chroma are scattered without any strict sorting.

Please implement automatic alphabetical sorting (A-Z) for the model names in the dropdown list. This will greatly improve the user experience and interface consistency.

I am hoping to start working on the UI soon, I have been largely focused on the backed lately, and unfortunately the front end has gotten a bit untidy/buggy

Hoping to get some more free time to tidy this up over the next few months
