specify title and width for svg output

using flamegraph.pl I can specify --title= and --width=, but these options don't seem to be supported in the js flamegraph tool.

looking through the source however, it appears that the module supports customizing these variables. I haven't dug too deeply into the source, but would it be possible to allow for a custom title or width when using the CLI tools, whether it be via arguments or environmental variables?

Sure. I think I punted on the general problem of passing backend-specific parameters, but it would be nice to have a way to do that.
