There are a few issues that probably should be fixed before release that I hadn't remembered yesterday when talking to @sripada
Issue #57 to make copies of anatomy files before coregistration should be completed (assigned to me)
Issue #59 to fix double delimiter issue in mc_GenPath should be completed (assigned to @dankessler )
Issue #43 about mc_GenPath'ing the central scripts should be completed (I think it mostly is, probably just some quick testing, currently assigned to @heffjos also related to issue #32)
Issue #27 and #28 about logging and error handling needs to be completed, it currently has a basic script but we need to add logging features (currently assigned to me)
Issue #30 about using defaults instead of hardcoded values should be addressed in the Preprocessing central script
Some optional things
Issue 56 about run-specific contrasts could be addressed fairly easily, though it's not critical for first release.
There's no issue about this, but I believe @sripada was planning on having the First Level script modified to (optionally) read motion parameters in a subject-by-subject fashion directly rather than from a combined regressor file.
Any other thoughts about issues that need to be addressed/finalized before first release?
