These series of commits will hide all of the toolboxes that we did not intend to include in Release 1.0. More discussion is at #77

Looks like this covers hiding everything, so it gets a +1 from me. I was wondering if in one of the feature branches a file is renamed with 'git mv', the future merge back into develop should pick up this renamed file, right?

Yes, git is generally pretty good about tracking moves, even if you aren't good and don't use git mv

I'll go ahead and merge. Folks need to start following the policy outlined at the wiki since otherwise a lot of your favorite toolboxes will no longer be in develop.

This applies to @mangstad @heffjos @shijiaguo @rcwelsh @sripada
