add a changelog to zone.js

Currently there is no other way than looking at the commits to get the changes in each releases

npm install -g conventional-changelog is a good option.

Any chance we could get this @mhevery ? This is a basic functionality that is implemented in all the other angular repositories, and given that you use conventional commits it shouldn't be too difficult to setup.
