fix(console): unblock Go subscriptions in dev

Summary

• Let users subscribe to Go in legacy dev by referencing the existing OpenCode Go product and $10/month price in its checkout Stripe account.
• Apply the product/price override only to the dev stage.

Evidence

• Stripe MCP verified account acct_1RtuLNE7fOCwHSD4 (Dev, test mode).
• Active product: prod_U1tUscpmwtV2bG (OpenCode Go).
• Active price: price_1T3phhE7fOCwHSD4zS6w2NPy (USD 10/month).
• Existing deployed product/price return 404 using the SST dev checkout credential.

Verification

• Prettier check and git diff --check passed.
• Tests deferred to GitHub CI; checkout has not been verified after deployment.

Follow-up

Temporary dev override. Reconcile provisioned Stripe resources with the checkout account; coupon references may need the same correction for coupon-based checkout.
