feat(incidentio): add incident.io data source plugin, merged).docs/Configuration/Incidentio.md— connection setup (API key, endpoint), incident-type data scopes, what gets collected (incidents →issues/boardswith typeINCIDENT, feeding DORA change failure rate and failed deployment recovery time), timestamp semantics including the retrospective-incident case, and the standard project/sync-policy steps, following the structure of the PagerDuty page.docs/Overview/SupportedDataSources.md.Note: the page has no screenshots yet since the plugin ships in the next release; happy to add config-ui screenshots once it's in a released version, or on request.
