Add the ability for arrayfire::index to use i64 and u64 sequences

Description

In 3.8.0, arrayfire::index can only take i32 and u32 sequences and arrayfire::index can't take i64 and u64 sequences

Add the ability for arrayfire::index to use i64 and u64 sequences
