Name of method definitions starting with an exclamation mark do not get highlighted

example:

def !~(other)
  # do something 
end

Not only != is possible, but any method starting with an ! is a valid method name. (Most common being !, !=, and !~)

Can you have a method named !foo though?

Eeek it's actually doing something really odd.

2.1.0 :001 > def !foo; 'foo'; end
 => :! 

Seems like !, != and !~ are the only exceptions.
