Prevent the theme table rule from clipping color pickers and hex inputs with
table.color-pickerspecificity.Related issue

Test plan
Verified v5/v6 in Chromium/Firefox at 1280/390px: all four pickers open, hex editing, swatches and dismissal work; ordinary tables unchanged. Original selector clips all 32 cases; fix passes all 32.
Fresh Windows/Node 24 checks: lint, typecheck, docs build; 678 tests and 234 snapshots pass, 1 skipped.
