PNPM - devEngines

When setting this config inside the package.json

We have an issue with changeset using npm to get info of ours packages.

Is there a way to set pnpm as default package manager inside the github action ?

If you are up for it, you could try to use @changesets/cli@3.0.0-next.9 + changesets/action@v2.0.0-next.3. I believe this should now resolve your issue thanks to changesets/changesets#2097

Haven't this workflow run use the wrong CLI version though? I see v2 in your catalog here:
https://github.com/scaleway/scaleway-lib/blob/dad3e94396825a1d1acd918731748b3e20c180d5/pnpm-workspace.yaml#L7

Note though that Changesets' support for catalog: protocol is currently limited. This is something that is on our roadmap and will be improved soon.
