The first v0.0.27 tag run exercised the real production runtime suite and failed because the tag workflow omitted required
uv; the ordinary CI workflow already provisions it. This makes the release gate use the same supported dependency before packaging.No test skip or behavior weakening. The failed tag remains immutable; a fresh v0.0.28 will be published after merge.
