This really doesn't need to be just for a API's. That was just silly on my part. By moving it to it's own namespace, it gets us one step closer to returning content based on requested content type. Meaning, we could hit the same endpoints from either a browser or an API request, and get back either HTML or JSON, depending. A good goal I think.
