Fatal error when trying to run using PHP built in server#725

Hi,

I cloned a the repo and tried to run locally using PHP built in server but got the following fetal error.

Fatal error: Default value for parameters with a class type hint can only be NULL in
/Users/thephpx/Public/CodeIgniter4/system/Common.php on line 142

Any ideas ?
