The preload file is an example and is configured by the developer (as .env). Simply delete the unnecessary line and update the files for the project (app/). Because by default, only system files are loaded.

While it's a sample file, it doesn't mention the need to remove the line with echo, so I would say this should either be fixed or explicitly noted.
