rtblint is an open-source Rust CLI that validates OpenRTB bid requests against the IAB Tech Lab spec (missing fields, unknown/deprecated fields, type mismatches), with a --format json flag for CI use. Adding it next to the other terminal tools since it's a focused command-line utility in the same vein as fzf and bat. Apache 2.0, repo at https://github.com/aleksUIX/rtblint.
