engraph indexes plain Markdown with [[wikilinks]], which is exactly Foam's format — so it already works on a Foam workspace today: point engraph index <path> at your Foam repo and search, the wikilink graph, and backlinks all work. The vault-type detector classifies it as a generic/Obsidian-style vault; there's no Foam-specific handling, but none is needed for core indexing/search.

If there's a particular Foam convention you'd want first-class support for (e.g. daily notes or templating), let me know which and we can scope it. Leaving this open for that.
